He was a former Quanx dealer. He's a subordinate to a junkie marquess. The junkie marquess starts a business of got drugs from Nubre and sold them to people, but he ended up taking them.
Few years later[]
In The knight (112), he sees his master, lying on and high on drugs, and says he has been telling him since last week, that Sir Nubre plans to visit them today, but it's not again. He picks up a drug that fell on the floor, and says as expected, this is running the master. The junkie master's henchman asks to him that what about today's schedule. He answers they can't postpone it again, they've already done that twice, he'll just have to go by himself, and if master looks for him when he wakes up, he should tell him that he's done with this job, and if he says anything about it, he should tell him that he's just keeping his word, if for any reason, the drugs he takes interferes with their work, he promised to process his resignation. He and the junkie master's henchman goes to somewhere. The junkie master's henchman asks to him that he does really plan to quitting. He answers of course, he hates people who can't control themselves because of drugs, it's just so unfortunate to watch masters give up everything he has for those stupid drugs. He holds a white cat and goes to the mansion on Nubre earlier than promised and waits. The manager gives him something to drink. He, the junkie master's henchman and the manager goes out and looks around. He says to the manager that the marquess just can't seem to get his hands off the drugs, he broke the most important rule, laying his hands on the product he's selling, his master just lost the great chance. Gauss asks to him that why does he keep staring at her. He answers to Gauss that it's because she looks familiar, and asks the trees in this area, why they've all withered. Gauss answers it's the drought she guesses. Then he suddenly becomes surprised and picks up some of the earth's soil and looks for a moment. The manager asks to him that shall they go back now. In the mansion, he keeps staring at Lot. Lot thinks the heck he's staring at. Lot says to him that he should leave his pet to him. Lot holds the cat and says it's a Moak kitten. He hears it. Nubre who's with Nazareth, says to him that he can comes on in. At the night, a man knocks and shouts the master's furious right now. He looks at the dealer's deep web and thinks the Quanxs' information are all on here, so he was right, Gauss, Gongja, and the ace of the White Police Guards, so this is what those three were hiding, Nubre, the man who used to be the Little Emperor of Urano, who hit rock bottom going against Gosan, what he has is simply more than three Quanxs, he has an army, and there's one more thing that's suspicious.

- The name Ito comes from Hirobumi Itō. He's as ambitious as him.
- He seems to be a new Zhuge Liang's position to join the Dark Lord's Team, but there is speculation among readers that he is not Zhuge Liang but Sima Yi's position when he shows his ambition.
